I recommend starting with Tiefling Fiend warlock; Strimtom's newbie build is a good place to start, even though it's almost two years old. The bad news: summoning is pretty terrible in DDO, at least if you're trying to get by with only the Summon Monster spells: because (A) you're only allowed one summoned critter at a time ...Watch on.
