Feb 9, 2024 · I have paid off my ATT device and even mATT app shows unlock available. I am not able to unlock it with Unlock Your Phone or Device - AT&T Device Unlock (att.com). It always says attempted to many times and account locked. I tried unlocking for after every 24 hrs and issue is same with it.
